Historic NYC synagogue reconstruction & lower school renovation and expansion. In aftermath of fire, reconstruct and restore the 20,000 sf synagogue to its pre-fire condition and add 20,000 sf of new floor area above synagogue as expansion to adjacent school and renovate existing school building.  Scope includes excavation and foundations, core and shell, new utility services and infrastructure, mechanical plant and interiors.
