80,000 sf interior renovation of the historic American Telephone and Telegraph building.  The retail repositioning of this property included the creation of retail space at the basement, ground floor and roof levels.  Scope of work included custom glass curtain demising walls, glass elevators, renovations to historic storefronts, upgrade of all MEP infrastructure and new utilities to support the retail uses.
