Construction of new 30 story, 269 unit residential building on Brooklyn waterfront including amenity building, pier and esplanade. Scope included foundations, superstructure, façade, waterproofing, utilities and MEP FP, FA infrastructure, all public and private space interiors including fit out of units. The work also included various amenities such as an indoor pool and fitness center.
