Before joining OwnersCorp, Mr. Ninnis founded OC Construction Management, a commercial construction management firm serving the tri-state area. His career also includes key roles in the real estate industry, such as:

• Senior Associate at VVA Project Managers
• Managing Agent for Citi under Cushman and Wakefield

These positions have enabled him to lead prestigious projects for high-profile clients, including Citi, JP Morgan, NYU Langone Medical Center, City University of New York, the Union Club of the City of New York, Beacon Capital, and others. Over his career, Mr. Ninnis successfully managed more than $800 million worth of projects, covering over 4.5 million square feet of real estate across the greater NYC, NJ, and Boston regions. • Weill Cornell Belfer Research Building – A 455,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art research laboratory on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
• Northside Piers Complex and Toll Brothers Development – A waterfront development in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, consisting of 450 residential units and numerous public amenities.
• Indeed Corporation NYC Headquarters – A 5 floor, 155,000 sf commercial office interiors project in New York, NY consisting of a complete tenant fit of offices, amenity space, and roof deck.
